Soxoa LLC is an AI consulting firm based in Sacramento, California. Founder John Arndt leads engagements across strategy and governance, workflow implementation, and practical training. We work with businesses and public-sector teams, with a local practice serving Sacramento and Northern California.
The starting point is an operational problem: documents waiting for review, repetitive handoffs, questions staff answer again and again, or a team that needs a clear policy for using AI.
One useful workflow, with a clear owner
We define the inputs, the destination, who reviews exceptions, and what a successful result would look like before implementation. A pilot uses representative, permitted work and agreed acceptance criteria. Human review, access, data handling, and recovery from failures belong in the scope.

Our document intake demonstration shows how an exception can be held for review before data reaches a destination. Its inputs are synthetic and its limits are stated alongside the example.
