We agree it up front, in writing, before any introduction — a percentage of the first engagement your referral closes. It's structured to be worth your while for a warm introduction, with no ongoing obligation on your side.
Do I have to sell anything?
No. You make a warm introduction; we do the rest — assessment, scoping, build, and support. You're never expected to pitch automation or answer technical questions.
Will you protect my client relationship?
Yes. You stay the trusted advisor. We're the builder behind the scenes, we sign a standard mutual NDA, and we don't cross-sell around you. The relationship stays yours.
Can the assessment be co-branded?
For active partners, yes — we can present the assessment as a joint recommendation so it reinforces your advisory role. Bring it up on the partner call.
