This policy explains how Soxoa LLC (“Soxoa,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you visit soxoa.com, request an assessment, or contact us.

Information we collect

You may provide your company name, website, email address, optional phone number, project details, and files you choose to attach. Our hosting provider also processes ordinary request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, request time, browser details, and requested URL.

Drafts and measurement

The assessment form may store a functional draft token in your browser and save an unfinished draft so you can continue later. Soxoa does not run third-party marketing analytics, session recording, or advertising pixels on the public site, assessment form, or private assessment pages.

Private assessment pages record limited first-party operational events in Soxoa’s database, such as whether a page was viewed, a value section was reached, a link was selected, and the maximum scroll depth and time on page. We use those records to deliver and improve the requested assessment; they do not contain keystrokes or file contents. If you choose to schedule through Cal.com, Cal.com’s privacy terms apply to that step.

How we use information

We use information to respond to you, prepare and deliver assessments, provide requested services, and operate and secure the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers and retention

We may share information with service providers that help us host the site, store data, deliver email, schedule meetings you request, and provide requested AI-enabled services. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, our records, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you have submitted by emailing john@soxoa.com. You can clear locally stored draft information through your browser settings.

Security, children, and updates

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will post the revised date here.
