You may provide your name, company name, website, email address, optional phone number, project details, and files you choose to attach. We also receive basic technical and usage information, such as pages visited, referral or campaign information, browser details, and interactions with our site.

Drafts and analytics

The assessment form may store a draft token in your browser and save an unfinished draft so you can continue later. We use PostHog for limited product analytics. Our current implementation disables session recording and automatic interaction capture. Scheduling through Cal.com is subject to Cal.com’s own privacy terms.

How we use information

We use information to respond to you, prepare and deliver assessments, provide requested services, operate and secure the site, understand performance, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers and retention

We may share information with service providers that help us host the site, store data, deliver email, schedule meetings, analyze usage, and provide requested AI-enabled services. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, our records, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you have submitted by emailing john@soxoa.com. You can clear locally stored draft information through your browser settings.

Security, children, and updates

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will post the revised date here.
