We scope every project with clear success criteria before we start. After deployment, we stay involved during a handoff window to tune the system on real output. The engagement isn't complete until it's actually working. We don't hand you a build and disappear.
Do you sign NDAs or work under our vendor terms?
Yes. We sign standard mutual NDAs for all engagements. If your company has vendor onboarding requirements, reach out before the discovery call and we can work through them in advance.
Do we need a technical team to work with you?
No. We handle build, integration, and deployment. You don't need to understand AI or have an engineer on staff. The systems are designed for your team to use from day one with no technical background required.
