Recover a personal loose end
Provide one permitted conversation and ask what still needs an answer. Review the suggested reply yourself. Measure whether finding the missing detail and checking the draft takes less effort than handling the thread unaided.
Clarify business eligibility before a team pilot
Instinct's terms mention representatives acting for an entity, but section 6 grants use for 'personal use only.' That wording needs clarification from Instinct before treating the service as approved for company workflows. The reviewed public pages also do not establish a dedicated team edition. If commercial eligibility is clarified, a useful first evaluation could turn a synthetic customer thread into a draft follow-up.
