Calculations and local settings

Conduit Fill performs its calculations on the iPhone using bundled geometry tables. It stores the free-check count and disclaimer acknowledgment in on-device settings. The app has no account or calculation-storage backend, and it does not send your wire or conduit choices to Soxoa.

Purchases and external references

Apple processes the optional Lifetime and Reverse Size purchases. The app uses verified Apple purchase entitlements to decide which features to unlock. Soxoa does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password.

If you open a manufacturer reference, support link, privacy page, or Apple’s terms, the destination website receives normal web-request information under its own privacy practices.

Removing app data

Deleting the app removes its local settings from this iPhone. Manage device backups separately through Apple’s settings. Deleting the app does not remove purchase records from your Apple Account.

Backups and third-party services

App data may be included in iCloud device backups or local backups according to your Apple settings. Apple operates those services and App Store payments. Soxoa does not control their retention. See Apple’s privacy policy.

Advertising and measurement

The app does not include third-party analytics, attribution, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Soxoa does not sell app data. Apple may process App Store and device diagnostics according to your Apple settings.

Support and this website

If you email us, we receive the message and contact details you choose to send. We use them to respond and handle the support request. Avoid sending private app content unless it is needed to explain the issue. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us at john@soxoa.com.

This site’s hosting services process ordinary request information to deliver and secure these pages. The Soxoa website privacy policy explains the website’s practices.

Children and changes

We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app. Contact us if you believe personal information was sent to support by a child. We may update this policy and will change the effective date above.
