Brew
Run the guided timer for V60, Kalita, Chemex, Switch, AeroPress, French press, Moka pot, siphon, cold brew or espresso — or log a brew you made your own way.

Rate the cup
Two sliders, five seconds: acidity (sour to bitter) and body (thin to heavy). That is everything the coach needs to read the cup.

Get one exact change
Not “try grinding finer.” The actual number, on the actual grinder on your counter: “Grind 2 clicks finer, 18 → 16.” One variable at a time, so every brew is a clean experiment.

A coach, not a logbook
Sour and thin means the water left flavour behind — tighten the grind. Bitter and drying means it pulled out too much — back it off. Good flavour but weak? That is a ratio problem, and Dialed says so instead of sending you chasing the burrs. When you land on something good, it tells you to stop touching it.

Shareable brew cards
Turn any brew into a card worth posting: bean, roaster, recipe, time, score, and what the coach said. Rendered on your phone, shared wherever you like.

Freshness that means something
Track bags by roast date and Dialed works out when each one leaves the degassing window and enters its peak — adjusted for brew method and roast level. It tells you when a bag is ready, and when it is past saving.

No account. No server. No analytics, no tracking, no ads. Your brews live on your iPhone and leave as plain JSON whenever you ask for them.
