Local sessions and protocols

Hangboard Timer stores completed sessions, custom protocols, selected holds, and app settings in its own container on the iPhone. There is no account or session-storage backend, and those records are not uploaded to Soxoa.

Device features and purchases

The app uses the display, timer, and haptics. It does not use HealthKit, motion workout APIs, or a heart-rate monitor. It does not request your contacts, location, or photos.

Apple processes the separate Lifetime and Board Overlays purchases and provides their entitlement status. Soxoa does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password.

Removing data and opening links

Deleting the app removes its local data from this iPhone. Manage device backups separately through Apple’s settings. Purchase records remain on your Apple Account.

Opening a support, privacy, or Apple terms link visits a website governed by that website’s privacy practices.

Backups and third-party services

App data may be included in iCloud device backups or local backups according to your Apple settings. Apple operates those services and App Store payments. Soxoa does not control their retention. See Apple’s privacy policy.

Advertising and measurement

The app does not include third-party analytics, attribution, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Soxoa does not sell app data. Apple may process App Store and device diagnostics according to your Apple settings.

Support and this website

If you email us, we receive the message and contact details you choose to send. We use them to respond and handle the support request. Avoid sending private app content unless it is needed to explain the issue. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us at john@soxoa.com.

This site’s hosting services process ordinary request information to deliver and secure these pages. The Soxoa website privacy policy explains the website’s practices.

Children and changes

We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app. Contact us if you believe personal information was sent to support by a child. We may update this policy and will change the effective date above.
