Location and travel dates
Search a listed work city or county, choose dates, and confirm whether travel lasts longer than 12 hours. The app includes GSA FY2026 and FY2027 CONUS rate tables, with seasonal lodging by the month of each night. Coverage runs from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2027.
Each estimate covers one locality and one fiscal year. Verify county coverage before choosing Standard CONUS. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, and foreign rates are outside the app’s coverage.
Keep a travel record with Pro
Per Diem Pro adds saved trip records, editing and deletion, PDF estimate export, and POV mileage. Pro is available as an annual subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Trip records stay on the iPhone unless you export them.
An estimate, not reimbursement approval
Lodging figures are ceilings excluding tax, not automatic reimbursement. Government-provided meal deductions and agency-specific rules are not calculated. Mileage requires an available rate for the travel dates or a verified custom rate; the app does not assume a 2027 mileage rate.
