Local travel records

Per Diem Calculator works from bundled rate tables. Trip dates, selected localities, mileage, notes, and saved trip-log entries are stored locally in the app’s container, including SwiftData. The app has no account and Soxoa does not operate a server that receives those trip records.

PDF export and deletion

Export writes a PDF file on the device and opens the iOS share sheet. You choose its destination. You can edit or delete saved records in Trip Log. Deleting the app removes its local data from this iPhone; manage device backups and exported copies separately.

Apple purchases and external links

Apple processes Per Diem Pro’s annual subscription or Lifetime purchase. The app uses purchase status to unlock Trip Log, PDF export, and mileage. Soxoa does not receive payment-card details or your Apple Account password.

The app can open GSA, DTMO, Apple’s terms, and Soxoa support or privacy pages. Those websites handle web requests under their own policies. The app does not request precise location to select your work locality.

Backups and third-party services

App data may be included in iCloud device backups or local backups according to your Apple settings. Apple operates those services and App Store payments. Soxoa does not control their retention. See Apple’s privacy policy.

Advertising and measurement

The app does not include third-party analytics, attribution, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Soxoa does not sell app data. Apple may process App Store and device diagnostics according to your Apple settings.

Support and this website

If you email us, we receive the message and contact details you choose to send. We use them to respond and handle the support request. Avoid sending private app content unless it is needed to explain the issue. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us at john@soxoa.com.

This site’s hosting services process ordinary request information to deliver and secure these pages. The Soxoa website privacy policy explains the website’s practices.

Children and changes

We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app. Contact us if you believe personal information was sent to support by a child. We may update this policy and will change the effective date above.
