Finding the correct locality
In Lookup, search the duty-station city or county and select the matching locality. A city missing from search does not automatically qualify for the standard rate: a listed county may cover it. Check the official GSA lookup before choosing Standard CONUS.
Travel eligibility and date limits
Confirm whether travel lasts longer than 12 hours. Travel of 12 hours or less receives no per diem. For eligible travel, the app uses 75% M&IE on the first and last dates and the full rate on intervening days. Overnight estimates assume one lodging night between each date.
The included tables cover October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2027. Fiscal-year crossings require separate estimates and an agency check of first/last-day treatment. Unsupported dates display an explanation instead of an assumed rate.
Mileage and PDF export
With Pro, add mileage using an available date-specific personal automobile rate or a verified custom rate. Trips crossing a mileage-rate change need separate calculations or a verified blended custom rate. No automatic 2027 mileage rate is assumed.
Save an estimate to Trip Log, open the record to edit it, or use Export PDF and choose a destination in the iOS share sheet. A PDF is a planning record, not an agency-approved claim.
Official source tables
The offline locality tables come from GSA’s published per diem files. Use the official lookup to confirm coverage and current guidance before preparing a reimbursement claim.
Correcting or deleting a trip
Open Trip Log to edit or delete a saved trip. If rates or eligibility are uncertain, verify with GSA and your travel office before relying on the estimate. Exported copies must be managed at the destination where you saved or shared them.
Purchases and restoring access
Use Restore purchases in the app with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Prices and available options come from the App Store. If an option is unavailable, check your connection and retry; do not purchase it again to troubleshoot an existing entitlement.
Manage or cancel an annual subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. A Lifetime purchase does not renew. Deleting the app does not cancel an annual subscription.
